Happy Monday? We think so. We got our Beneath The Cove Booster reprints in last week and started sending them to those of you that were missing them due to our shipping woes. That's good, right? Also, our proof for the Hollow Days Booster arrived this morning, and we are still on track to receive them at the end of this month. This means they will be on their way to you the first of December.
For those of you that bought the Hollow Days Greeting Cards, we are sending them out later this week to make sure you get them with plenty of time to share the sadness. That's even more reason to call this a happy Monday! If you are interested in the Booster or Cards and haven't ordered them yet, there's still time.
We are also very excited to be launching our next game, STUFFED, next Monday at 10am. Stuffed is a 2 to 4 player dice/card game that will take 10 to 20 minutes to play the 2 player version.
As part of the game, we are officially introducing the Birdens, but you may already find it rather familiar Endangered Orphans. We all carry our own Birdens that we must deal with, as does Benny Harris with his Mourning Birden. In addition to their role in the game, we are excited to offer them as a fun plushy add-on. There will be 8 Birdens to choose from, but as a way to say thank you for putting up with our delays and shipping aggravation with Endangered Orphans, we are going to give Benny's Mourning Birden to Endangered Orphans backers for FREE ($12 value) with the purchase of the game.

We are close! By now, "most" of you have received your games, and in some cases... your fixes. If you fit in the "most", feel free to ignore the rest of this update (or jump to the bottom).
If you are part of the group that is wondering if you'll ever be happy, please don't fret. We are still working hard to get everything to you. For Europe, we sent a large shipment to GamesQuest, but it got held up in customs longer than I had hoped. It finally was received earlier this week. All remaining orders should be sent by Monday. The rest of the world is being handled by our fulfillment partner in Mississippi.
We are still in production on the reprints of the Beneath the Cove Boosters. I expect them to get shipped to me mid-October. Rather than waiting for the Beneath the Cove Booster, if your order also had a game, we will send you the rest of the order now, and the booster later. I hate that I didn't have enough inventory, but there have simply been too many lost packages for me to have anticipated.
For the French and German speaking backers, our replacement cards should arrive to us in the US next week. We will then get everything packaged and sent your way shortly thereafter. I'm sorry about the mistakes, but they will be corrected with actual cards. The e-mail I sent for the sticker replacement should work in the meantime.
Beyond the not so fun ordeal of getting my shipping woes under control, we actually do have a lot of exciting things on the horizon. On Monday, we are going to send an update introducing some fun new items to our preorder store. Until then, the coupon code for $5 off is still active until tomorrow night.

Are we completely done? No. But I can finally breathe. After three months of torment and pain and misunderstandings and general aggravation, I am now able to close the SFC chapter! This gives me more peace of mind than you can possibly imagine. I can now confidently control where we go moving forward. We now have marked 7,279 packages as SHIPPED. This doesn't mean everyone has received their packages, or even that they will get them in one piece, but at least I don't have to go back and forth with SFC anymore. I will handle all issues and remaining orders from here or with GamesQuest. I have submitted the final 178 orders to be fulfilled this morning. So they should be packaged and sent Monday or Tuesday. We also sent out the first wave of replacement boxes last week. The reason everything has been so slow on my end is because until last night, I simply didn't know what SFC was still fulfilling because they wouldn't communicate. Now I know, and I can proceed with confidence. Even after a significant loss, and an unknown ability to recover the inventory in their warehouse, I can at least feel a sense of control in knowing where we stand. Now the immediate issue I have to deal with is the Beneath The Cove Booster. Like I said before, I screwed up and didn't account for extras to allow for lost inventory and damages. So I had to order another small run. The bad news is some of the remaining orders will arrive short one Beneath The Cove booster until the additional inventory is received. The good news is for those of you that would like to add it to your collection, I will have some to sell. I'm going to put it on the pre-order store for a limited time if you are interested. It will have a preset shipping fee applied automatically to all orders, but I will manually reduce the shipping cost by $5 for any existing EO Backers. Just send me a message to alert me. I'll also honor the $5 off shipping for any orders made by an existing EO backer during the month of September.
